The Age of Inclusion

The NSW Government wanted to increase accessibility and employment, for people with a disability, across their departments. We created a campaign that felt like a movement, not a management directive. It struck a chord with hiring managers and teams quickly jumped on board.

Every element of the campaign was carefully crafted with key stakeholders, to make sure it achieved the highest accessibility standards. The campaign was so well received, it was extended twice, adapted to be used in workshops and was even turned into a webinar series.
