Accept Nothing Less

Sometimes brands need a refresh, especially in cluttered and commoditised categories.

We wanted to deliver a refresh for The Roaster Guy, that not only gave the brand a new aesthetic but also an attitude, at every touch point. We carved out an ownable space, in the often cliched coffee market, by showing customers (both B2B and B2C), that we understand they will compromise on a lot, but never their coffee. Everything from the language to the graphic details were refined to be confident and uncompromising, to deliver on the new brand position. And we used humour in our comms, to break the somewhat serious category mould. The campaign helped The Roaster Guy secure a national contract with Accor Hotels.
